This plugin allows the operator of the subject (of course also the staff) to close and re open it and seen as the vbulletin! Hope you like it has 2 settings in admin panel that is! Allow users to close their issues? and Re permitita users to open their issues? It works as follows on one side of the new image only answer to the creator of the item you get a picture that should be called ATC_Closed.png within the images folder and click to display a message of redirection and returns you to the topic, but this and will be closed or else .... If the issue is closed shows a ATC_Open.png should be called as in the images folder and click sample to redirect message and return to the subject but will be open!
